Our Process

To begin our process, we will schedule an appointment to come to your home to discuss the details of your renovation project or new home build. We are here to answer any questions, address any concerns and explore any ideas. Our main goal is to bring your visions to life and help guide you along the way. During this meeting, we can talk about your expectations, goals, designs, size, layouts, finishes, and budgets, etc. We realize it can be an overwhelming process and we are here to help you every step of the way.

During this phase, our focus is on making sure the vision for your project is detailed, planned, and designed to meet your specific goals. We will cover layouts, materials, accurate pricing, and time frames. If your project requires an architectural designer, foundation, or structure engineer ASG has a team of professionals that will provide all the proper documentation to apply for city permits. After we agree on the details of your project and you are 100% satisfied we will sign an agreement and set a start date.

As soon as the start date is in place and the contract is signed we will begin the construction/remodel process. If we are building your dream home we will begin to clear, excavate, and pour the foundation. We will continue through the process of framing, roofing, sheet-rock, trimmings, cabinetry, painting, flooring, and everything in between until we prepare for final inspections. If we are remodeling your home we’ll begin the demolition, new installation, and re-construction process. We take pride in providing you with the best quality work while keeping you informed, sticking to time schedules, and staying coordinated. At this stage in the process, we will set up a date for a final walkthrough. We want to ensure that all work is completed to your standards and satisfaction.
